Let’s Create Together
Solidarity Actions
“Solidarity Actions are joint initiatives created by students and migrants to transform empathy into action.”
Purpose of Actions
The purpose of these actions is to foster the civic engagement of young students and their school community, encouraging them to take actions with young migrants through initiatives promoted by migrant associations and other local organizations.
Collaboration
This goes beyond single meetings or peer-to-peer exchanges, aiming instead to create meaningful contact and deeper, long-standing relations through common activities and intensive exchanges. These collaborative efforts are designed to promote a shift of attitudes and perspective toward the migrant community, leading to better integration and a multicultural society.
Initiatives and Organizations
Schools are encouraged to partner with local migrant initiatives and organizations. Migrant self-led organizations play a crucial role in the design and criteria selection for these actions, ensuring authenticity and trust within the migrant community.
Our Stories
The project aims for the implementation of 24–40 solidarity initiatives involving 400 students and 50–100 migrants across the 8 participating countries: Belgium (BE), Croatia (HR), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Italy (IT), Portugal (PT), Spain (ES), and Serbia (RS). Actions implemented may utilize various formats, including arts, sports, social media campaigning, fundraising, or volunteering work.

Call for Action
Share your school’s action and inspire others across Europe
We encourage you to document and submit your joint initiatives (developed by students and migrants). By contributing to this gallery, you help expand the network of organizations and initiatives, ensuring that more schools can benefit from successful experiences. National partners are responsible for collecting and documenting these initiatives, including participation lists, photos, and descriptions of results.
